STAGE I - ESTABLISH REQUIREMENT
Our primary objective is to establish occupational requirements prior to making firm decisions on premises. The search brief will establish the following search parameters:
- Location
- Size
- Specification
- Tenure
- Budget
- Timing
STAGE II - SEARCH:
Utilising our market knowledge, relevant databases and contact with Disposal agents, a comprehensive search will detail all potential opportunities within the search area.
STAGE III - ACQUISITION:
Square Foot will undertake detailed analysis and comparison of all shortlisted options, advising on value and proposed terms and undertaking all negotiations for a new lease. Once Heads of Terms are agreed, we will liaise with lawyers through to completion.
