STAGE I - ESTABLISH REQUIREMENT
Our primary objective is to establish occupational requirements prior to making firm decisions on premises. The search brief will establish the following criteria/unique requirements:

  • Location
  • Size
  • Specification
  • Tenure (i.e. leasehold or freehold)
  • Budget
  • Timing

STAGE II - SEARCH:
Utilising our market knowledge, relevant databases and contact with Disposal agents, a thorough search will detail all potential opportunities within the search area.

STAGE III - ACQUISITION:
Square Foot undertakes detailed analysis and comparison of all shortlisted options, advises on value and proposed terms and undertakes all negotiations for a new lease (or purchase if freehold). Once Heads of Terms are agreed, we will instruct solicitors and liaise with them through to completion.
